RS Security Services was created by Richard Short, Richard was a former Police Officer and has created the high standards and work ethic that exist in our company today.

We aim to provide you with robust solutions to your Security needs whilst delivering a customer focused approach.

We are based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire covering the Yorkshire and Humber regions Including but not limited to; Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Immingham, Doncaster, Goole, Hull, Hessle, and Lincoln.

We can also provide our services nationwide depending on resource allocation and the type of task.

Since starting up, RS Security Services Ltd have offered a unique Home and Business check service. All checks are carried out by one of our fully qualified Dog Handlers. We use a high visibility fleet to deter potential criminal activity. All doors, windows, outbuildings and gardens are checked. A full report is sent to you at the end of the week. Key holding services are also available and can be combined with many of our services.

All our officers perform their duties to the highest of standards and with transparency. Using former service professionals our skill base is high and we ensure this is maintained through training and performance reviews.

Our specialism lies in physical security. Our Security Dog Handlers formed the company and its initial deployments. They are all licensed to at least 1 of the awarding bodies; NASDU, BIPDT or NTIPDU. We are compliant with BSI 8517/1 for General Purpose Dogs and 8517/2 for Specialist Search Dogs. They are all first aid trained, Handcuff trained, educated in the use of force and the National Decision Model. We have also successfully rolled out Bodycams to all our staff. These have been vital in capturing evidence for Prosecutions and recording emergency situations in full 1080p High Definition.
